Instance concept

 

Archibus is a Multi-Project application, not Multi-Tenant by default, and has some limitations about customization.
Different projects can be implemented for the same Customer in one instance as far as it does not admit different customizations.

The Customer, in that case, can be an Outsourcing Service Provider, serving multiple End Users (Multi-Tenant).
The customization must be the same for all the projects in the Instance.
All the Projects of the Instance (of the same Customer or OSP) must be in the same Database.
